Course description

In this course, the psychology expert Dr Ute Liersch shares the secrets of effective anxiety management resolution and reveals simple, repeatable techniques that apply to most life situations. She presents "three practical exercises", for exploring and navigating through times of anxiety and fear. Dr Liersch shares the psychological framework that identifies the working-processes behind each technique.

I have trained and worked in the NHS, in the private sector and with charities. Further, I work for organisations securing their employees' wellbeing. I am also a lecturer of Psychology at the University of London.

My courses are pragmatic, skilled and effective in delivering sustainable and measurable change. I believe that psychological work is only worthwhile when it makes a long-lasting change for the better. Before becoming a psychologist I have worked in the corporate sector, across the globe which gives me a profound understanding of this world. I speak fluent English and German...and yes, I am one of these highly efficient and organised Germans.
