My work is based on the following NICE recommended psychological theories & therapies: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-based stress relief and Body feedback therapy. I have trained and worked in the NHS, in the private sector and with charities. Further, I work for organisations securing their employees' wellbeing. I am also a lecturer of Psychology at the University of London.
My courses are pragmatic, skilled and effective in delivering sustainable and measurable change. I believe that psychological work is only worthwhile when it makes a long-lasting change for the better. Before becoming a psychologist I have worked in the corporate sector, across the globe which gives me a profound understanding of this world. I speak fluent English and German...and yes, I am one of these highly efficient and organised Germans.
